Your first round, the same every time.the same every time.
A spoken first-round interview for every applicant, scored against the rubric you set — so the people who do the deep dives only meet the ones worth meeting.
Built for the top of the funnel.
The first round is where the signal is cheapest to get and where your interviewers' hours are most expensive to spend. This handles that round the same way for every applicant.
Positions, rounds, and a rubric you set.
Open a position, define its rounds, and give each round a question bank, a rubric and the score a candidate has to clear. Positions move through draft, active, paused and closed.
A pipeline that moves without being nudged.
Clear the threshold and the candidate advances; miss it and they are rejected — automatically, or by a recruiter overriding the call. Every advance, shortlist, rejection and note stays on the candidate's row.
A recommendation the candidate never sees.
Your recruiters read the full scored transcript with per-answer feedback, plus the AI's hire recommendation and how confident it is. Those last two are stripped out of the candidate's own copy of the report before it leaves the server.
Consent and erasure, wired in rather than promised.
No candidate can start without consenting to an AI interview, and a refusal is recorded as a refusal. Ask for erasure and the record is anonymised, consents are withdrawn, and it cannot be reprocessed afterwards. Recruiter actions are readable in a paginated audit log.
How a hiring desk runs it.
- 01
Open the position and set its rounds.
Each round carries its question bank, its rubric and the score to clear, plus what should happen automatically above and below that line.
- 02
Add candidates, or open a drive.
Add candidates and invite them by email, or open a hiring event with its own shareable link and let applicants come to it. The event sends its own reminder before the date.
- 03
They take it on their own time.
The candidate registers through the portal, gives consent, and takes the spoken interview in English or Hindi. Nothing to schedule and no time zones to reconcile.
- 04
Recruiters review what came back.
Filter the pipeline by round and status, read the scored transcript, and advance, shortlist, reject or override with a note. A recruiter can also start a round for a candidate directly from the pipeline.
Common questions.
Does this replace our interviewers?+
It replaces the first round — the short conversation that establishes whether someone knows the basics. Deep dives and system design stay with your people. The point is that when one of them spends an hour, it is on someone who already cleared the bar you set.
How does pricing work?+
Credits, not seats. One credit covers one interview, drawn from your balance and topped up in packs. Nothing is licensed per recruiter. Volume changes the arithmetic, so tell us what your funnel looks like and we will put a figure to it.
Which languages does the interview run in?+
English and Hindi, spoken end to end. Other Indian languages are not available yet, and the written report comes back in English either way.
How do you stop candidates from gaming it?+
Answers are spoken, in real time, and the interviewer asks its follow-ups from what the candidate just said rather than from a fixed list — so a memorised answer rarely survives the second question. We are not claiming proctoring: there is no camera monitoring and no lockdown browser.
Does it connect to our applicant tracking system?+
No. There is no ATS integration today — candidates are added here and results are read here. If an integration is a hard requirement for you, tell us and we will be straight about where it sits.
What happens to candidate data?+
It is scoped to your account and is not shared with anyone else's. A candidate can ask for erasure at any point: the record is anonymised, their consents are withdrawn, and it cannot be reprocessed afterwards.
Tell us about your hiring.
We will walk your recruiters through it and pilot it on one live position. There is no self-serve sign-up — a person reads this and replies.
Not quite you?
