Interview practice for your whole roster.your whole roster.
Assign a spoken interview to a cohort, see who is ready, and let your staff review the ones that matter. Runs in English and Hindi.
Built for the people who run the prep, not just the ones taking it.
Most interview-prep tools are built for one person at a time. This one is built for the coordinator holding a list of six hundred learners and a date by which they all have to be ready — a placement calendar at a college or a university, a batch end date at a coaching institute or a skilling partner.
A real roster, not a spreadsheet you re-send.
Import learners from CSV or XLSX and group them into cohorts. Every row is validated and de-duplicated on the way in, and the importer tells you what happened to each one.
Assign interviews, then stop chasing.
Set the role, question bank, difficulty, due date, attempt limit and passing score, then send it to a whole cohort or to named learners. Assignments expire on schedule and send their own reminders.
Readiness, per assignment.
Each assignment sorts its learners into Ready, Needs work and At risk from the scores they actually earned — so you know who to pull aside before the interview that counts.
Your staff has the last word.
A reviewer can open a learner's scored transcript, override the score, change the pass decision and publish the corrected result. The AI's grade is a first pass, not the verdict.
How it runs, batch to batch.
- 01
Load your learners.
Upload the roster as a spreadsheet, or share a join code and let learners register themselves. Staff accounts are invited by email and carry one of four roles.
- 02
Assign an interview to a cohort.
Pick the role and question bank, set the due date, attempt limit and passing score, then send it. Learners you invite by email get a link that signs them in.
- 03
Learners take it in English or Hindi.
They sign in, see what has been assigned, and take the spoken interview — retrying within the attempts you allowed. Sessions draw on your credit balance, so no learner ever sees a payment screen.
- 04
Your staff reviews and publishes.
Read the scored transcript, correct anything the AI got wrong, publish. Per-learner progress and per-cohort figures sit on the dashboard.
Common questions.
We are not a college. Does this still fit?+
It is built for anyone running interview prep for a group — colleges and universities, coaching institutes, skilling and NSDC partners, academies, and in-house learning and development. One honest caveat: the optional roster fields are named for a degree college — branch, section, year and CGPA, with CGPA checked against a 0-10 scale. They are optional, the import accepts department, dept, division and batch as column headings, and email is the only field a row must have. If none of them fit you, leave them empty and group people into cohorts instead — everything on this page works from the cohort, not from those four fields.
How is this different from running mock panels ourselves?+
A mock panel is limited by how many interviewers you can find on a given afternoon. This runs whenever a learner opens it, and your staff spend their hours on review rather than on sitting through every first round themselves.
How does pricing work?+
Credits, not seats. There is no per-learner licence — one credit covers one interview and is drawn from your balance, which you top up in packs. What a cohort costs depends on how many interviews you plan to run, so tell us the numbers and we will put a figure to it.
Which languages does the interview run in?+
English and Hindi. Both are spoken end to end — the learner hears the question and answers out loud. Other Indian languages are not available yet. Note that the written report comes back in English either way.
Can we import learners from a spreadsheet?+
Yes — CSV or XLSX. Download the template, upload your file, and each row is checked and de-duplicated before it is created. You get a per-row result, so a bad row is visible rather than silent.
Can we export results to a file?+
Not today. Results, readiness and cohort figures are read on the dashboard; there is no CSV or PDF export yet. If a downloadable report is a requirement for you, say so and we will tell you where it sits.
Who can see a learner's data?+
A learner sees only their own sessions. Your staff see your own learners and nobody else's. Every staff account carries one of four roles — owner, admin, manager or viewer — and changes are recorded to an audit trail.
Tell us about your cohort.
We will walk your staff through it on a call and set up a pilot against a real batch. There is no self-serve sign-up — a person reads this and replies.
Not quite you?
